The iP mechanical pizza moulder has been designed for rolling pizza dough evenly and in a short time. It's particularly suitable for continuous work in a laboratory of pizza production. Works fast, simple and safe to use and is an indispensable tool for those busy periods with a production that can reach 300 pizzas per hour with diameters up to 50cms. Both hot plates have independent thermostatic controls. The thickness of the pizza can be regulated and the pressing time controlled by a timer. The specially shaped perimeter of the top palte makes forming the edge of the pizza so easy.
